Madeline and I have been married since 1976. We lived in Colorado Springs, CO; Washington DC, McLean VA and then back in Troy from 1982-2015. Madeline was diagnosed with ALS in 2012 and the snow and ice are no friends to one who is wheelchair dependent.
We moved to our vacation home and had it revamped to be accessible to Madeline.
She has been remarkable in her spirit and determination to advocate for ALS research...to make a difference to those afflicted with this in the future. She faces this terminal disease each day with a smile and determination. She is extraordinary and I am blessed
