Our friend, Hondo, died July 9, 2002. He was preceded in death by his mother, Alice, and is survived by his father, Moses. Lifelong resident of Tucson, Hondo graduated from CDO (1989) and PCC. Hondo, you had a million dollar smile and a huge heart of gold. Your laugh was priceless, your loyalty unending.

In High School, I was so very shy, and I seldom spoke to anyone. However, Hondo and I met, and I always loved his tenacity of spirit, his smile, but most of all, his friendliness. I am saddened to know that he is no longer with us...the world was brighter with him in it.
