Comments:

Here's my story since graduation from PV. BA (Govt) from University of Arizona - 1974, MA (Asian Studies) from the University of the Philippines - 1982. Graduated from USAF Officer Training School May 1975. Flew as an Instructor Weapons System Officer in F-4 Phantom II's for nearly 20 years. Stationed in Florida, Korea and the Philippines twice each, and Hawaii, too. Spent 15 of my 20 AF years west of Los Angeles! Got to experience the Mt Pinatubo volcanic eruption first hand!! Retired from the Air Force Feb 1995 after 20 years. From 1995 until August 2010 I was the Southern Regional Training Officer for Nevada Dept of Corrections, responsible for all training for all staff in the southern part of the state. Very happily married to Shirley Ingwer, PVHS 67', for nearly two years now. Enjoy motorcycles, shooting, scuba diving, skiing, fishing, horses ( I got to play polo for 7 years while stationed in the Philippines!), reading, music and travelling wherever and whenever I can with my lovely bride. Also love meeting new friends and maintaining contact with old friends.

School Story:

Most of my memories of good old Palo Verde are happy ones: Swim team with Coach Ford (oh yeah - he taught me Driver's Ed, too - brave man!), snowball fights with Mr Silverburg against Dr White, Friday night football games and dances in the Girl's Gym, Shakey's at Craycroft and Speedway for pizza and sodas after the games. I think Senior Year was my best because of my involvement on the Senior Class Advisory Board and all the activities and friends involved with that. All-in-all a very good time, even if a certain blue-eyed blonde did break my heart in out Senior Year.......but that's okay, I got even with her and married her forty years later!!!
