Steven was born in La Porte, Indiana and moved to Tucson in 1960. Steven graduated from U of A and went on to be a Corrections Officer for the State of Arizona for 20 years. After retiring from the State, Steven became a Canine Officer for five years at UMC. Steven is survived by his wife, Susan; daughter and son-in-law, Emily and Adam Schmidt and brother, Walter Gudas.
