Arlynne Ann Blocker Born August 24, 1951, Arlynne passed away on February 3, 2010. She is survived by her beloved fiancé, Marc Thompson; her son, Donavan Campbell; a granddaughter, Emerald Watson; Donavan's fiancée, Marilyn Watson; a brother, Merlin Leach; the two families she adopted in Tucson and Rocky Point, Mexico, Jose, Chuy, Yesica and Rogelio and Jordan; her adored cats, Doo Dad, Meow-Meow and Momma Kitty. Arlynne was an advocate for strays, both human and animal. Every Thanksgiving you would find Arlynne, Marc and their friends purchasing, preparing, and serving full dinners for those less fortunate. As a native Tucsonian, Arlynne leaves a lifetime full of friends. A Memorial Service to celebrate her life will be held at ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Avalon Chapel, 8090 N. Northern Avenue, Tucson, Arizona, on Saturday, February 20, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Humane Society will be greatly appreciated.
