Harley "Frank" Wagner, 57, of Reno, Nevada, formerly of Phoenix and Tucson, passed away on March 9, 2008. Frank was born on Feb 3rd, 1951 in Washington, PA and moved to Arizona as a child. He worked in the construction trades and made friends wherever he went. He is survived by his son, Michael Wagner, and two grandchildren of Phoenix, as well as his sisters Rosalie, Sherry and Jackie and his brothers Steve and Art.
