To whomever is planning the 1986 Class Reunion:

 

I am Philip's ex-wife.  We were married for 14 years and had a beautiful son together.  I am writing to advise you that Phil passed away in August 2010.  He was 42 years old and died from complications of diabetes.  He left a 10 year old son.  His mother and sister still live in Tucson.  He would have been thrilled to know that a reunion was being planned and that he had been found for it.  He always wanted to attend a reunion. I'm sure he'll be there in spirit.
