He is survived by his parents, Barbara Johnson and Duane Vario; brother, Rick (Jennifer) Holcomb; sister, Tracey Vario and six nieces and nephews. Frank loved weekends at the dunes, riding quads and being a Daddy. He lives on through his children, Ashlyn (Bernadette Mattausch), Justin and Kyla Vario (Jacqueline Belote).
