Lee Michael Byrd

October 21, 1959 - March 5, 2015

Lee Michael Byrd, 55, of Tucson, Arizona passed away March 5, 2015 in Gilbert, Arizona. He is survived by his Mother Darcie Gwyn Paczosa, Brothers Curtis Byrd, John Paczosa(Thelma), Jim Paczosa (Diane), Sisters Darlene Bryd, and Sharon Gwyn Mills (Dave). He is also survived by longtime friend Cathi Thompson and a host of extended family. Lee graduated from Rincon High School and attended Nothern Colorado Univeristy in Greenlee, Colorado. He enjoyed bowling and skillfully accomplished 24 perfect games. Lee was proud of his 21 years of sobriety and was a community counselor and advocate against alcohol abuse and was most recently elected president of Al-Ano in Tucson, Arizona. Lee will be missed by all who knew him. He was a happy guy with a passion for photography. A memorial mass will be held Friday, March 27, 2015 at 10:30 am at St. Ambrose Church 300 S Tucson Blvd. The Al-Ano association will hold a memorial service for Lee on Saturday March 28, 2015, 4405 E Pima Street Tucson, Arizona from 12:00pm -3:00pm. Funeral services handled by Funeraria Del Angel South Lawn.
