Scott attended Lamson School of architecture and became proficient with the auto-cad system. He went on to graduate from the University of Phoenix where he earned a business degree. He also worked for Pima County, Castro Engineering, and GLHN Engineering. Scott was a devout father, a loving husband, loved sports, and a supporter of University of Arizona athletics.
