Jeffery Andrew Howell, age 25 of Manchester, passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2007 at Alive Hospice in Nashville after an extended illness. There will be a private family service and burial at a later date.

Jeffrey was born in Nashville, Tennessee, on January 12, 1982. He was a Social Worker with the state of Tennessee working for DCS. He graduated from Tullahoma High School and Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro. Jeffery was of the Church of Christ faith. He is preceded in death by his father, David R. Howell, Jr., formerly of Shelbyville. He is survived by his parents; James and Carolyn Deaton Blanks of Manchester, a grandmother; Rachel Howell of Shelbyville, one brother; Timothy (Melonie) Howell of Tullahoma, two nephews; Aaron and Jacob Howell, and numerous Aunts and Uncles.
