Billy, 27, was friends to so many and the son of William Carl and Clare Peshin Bates of Tullahoma. He would also have been married on Sept. 21 to Meaghan Elizabeth Wilson of Franklin, Tenn.

After high school, Bilyl went on to become a 2009 graduate of Middle Tennessee State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in agricultural business.  He was currently employed in sales with TriGreen Equipment in Winchester.

Billy was involved in a variety of sports at THS and enjoyed many outdoor activities.
