Cacy, David A., 44, machinist, died Monday. Service 11 a.m. Friday, Freeman Harris Funeral Home, and graveside service 2:30 p.m. Friday, Green Hill Cemetery, Sapulpa.

Tulsa - A major traffic accident in far east Tulsa kills one and sends two others to the hospital.

Shortly after 5PM Monday evening, two vehicles collided head-on near the 18500 block of Admiral Blvd.

David Cacy's car swerved into the westbound lane and collided with an oncoming pickup.

His baby son was riding in the back in a car seat.

EMSA paramedics pronounced Cacy dead at the scene.

His son and 1 person in the other vehicle were transported to Tulsa hospitals.

Police said the baby left the hospital in good shape Monday night.

The man in the pickup is are also expected to make a full recovery.
