Status of Will Rogers High School discussed on RSU-TV

Three representatives of Will Rogers College High and Junior High School appeared during the "pledge breaks" of the showing of "Holiday Cheers" television special by The Kingston Trio on Rogers State Television, which was recorded at the school on December 17, 2016. The six RSU-TV showings, hosted by station manager Royal Aills, were during December 2017. Left to right: Nicolette "Nikki" Dennis, principal, State Senator David Rader (Class of 1975), vice president of the Will Rogers High School Community Foundation, and Jo Anne Meade Lewis (Class of 1955), past president of the foundation. Throughout the course of these showings, the trio talked about the school's special status as a college preparatory academy, demographic changes, and other topics that put the school in a favorable light.
