He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Ella Phillips Rhoads; mother, Helen Rhoads; children, Milton A. Rhoads, Jr. (Buster) & Debbie Rhoads, Phillip & Sandra Rhoads, Angie & Charles Watson, & Kent & Joan Rhoads; seventeen grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, two brothers, & two sisters.
