TUSCALOOSA | Charles A. Sansing, Sr., age 63. of Tuscaloosa, died April 18, 2014, at DCH Regional Medical Center. Services will be 2 p.m. Monday, April 21, at Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home South with Rev. Jerry Koster and Rev. Jeremy Griffin officiating. Burial will follow in Community Baptist Church Cemetery (Havana Junction) with Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home South directing. Visitation will be 6 until 8 p.m. Sunday and one hour prior to services Monday at the funeral home. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jessie and Hazel Sansing, and his brother, Ray Sansing .Survivors are his wife of 43 years, Glenda Sansing; his daughter, Tricia Koster (Dave); his son, Chuck Sansing; his beloved granddaughters, Allie Grace and Caroline Sansing; his brother, Billy Sansing (Maureen); numerous nieces and nephews; Mrs. Ella Sanders; and his constant companions, his loving pets. He was a talented artist and there is no doubt he had the gift of gab. He was a true animal lover. He loved God, his family, friends, and his country. He will be dearly missed by many. Pallbearers are Nelson Sansing, Tyler Sansing, Andy Hewitt, Johnny Hewitt, Martin Lowe, and Bryan Jones. Honorary pallbearers are Community Baptist Church, Life Point Church of God, all of his dear sister-in-laws, Dr. Larry Skelton, Bruce McBride, and many friends and neighbors. I remember Charles but not well.  Like others on this list, gone too soon.  I know I miss them all.
