Lula Charlene Sims, age 64 of Tuscaloosa was born on October 1, 1951, and passed away on July 12, 2016.Services will be 2 p.m. Friday, July 15, 2016, at Tuscaloosa Memorial Chapel.
Burial will follow in Tuscaloosa Memorial Park with Tuscaloosa Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carlton Sims; father, Marvin Miller; mother, Sarah Welborn; sister, Dody Wheat; and brother, Jimmy Welborn.
Survivors include her son, Marty Miller (Tonya); grandchildren, Taylor and Caroline Eads and Megan Rogers; nieces, Debra Hill, Terry Wheat and Pam and Perry Mitchell; a host of great and great-great-nieces and nephews; and special friend, Lilly Sawyer.
Pallbearers will be Donald Wheat, Dustin Hill, Taylor Eads, Tim Williams and Micheal and William Wheat.
