
Rebecca Kay Clark, age 61, of Duncanville, died May 26, 2013, with her family by her side. Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Tuscaloosa Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with Pastor Gary Ward of Duncanville United Methodist Church and Brother Alan Roggli of Carroll's Creek Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow in Tuscaloosa Memorial Park with Tuscaloosa Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Kay was born February 6, 1952, in Tuscaloosa, Ala. She graduated from Tuscaloosa High School in 1970. Kay was married to Dan Clark on November 6, 1971; they were married for 41 years.
Kay was a loving mother and grandmother who will be truly missed. She spent many days loving sports with all of her kids. Some of her fondest memories were nights at the Duncanville Ball Park with her children and grandchildren.
Kay was preceded in death by her mother, Eleanor Barnes Hartranft; father, Harvey B. Kuykendall Jr.; and brother, Chris Kuykendall.
Kay is survived by her brother Harvey Kuykendall III (Annie); husband, Dan Clark; sons, Jason Clark (Becky), Jeff Clark (Jennifer), and Justin Clark (Cassie); grandchildren, Chris Clark (Heather), Craig Clark, Chase Clark, Landon Clark, Gavin Clark, Kaitlyn Clark, and Truitt Clark; and great grandchild, Adilynn Clark.
Pallbearers will be Chris Clark, Craig Clark, Andy Womack, Tyler Barnes, Hal Clark, and Sean Heaton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Duncanville Ball Park.
