We've added a Stories and Poems page to our web site... A place to share memories of our youth, and times we shared at RB Chamberlin HS.
And to start this off right, our own Poet Laureate from the Class of 1970, Jim Yerman, has written a few witty and wistful lines, recalling times of our past and the place we grew up...
Also, Jim is offering to set your memories to rhyme to share with the Class of '70 classmates. If you'd like to collaborate with Jim on an idea for a poem, see Jim's instructions on how to submit your idea in the introductory verse he submitted today on our Stories and Poems page.
You can also submit a story or poem of your own to share, just send an email to my gmail address with an attached .txt document or just write it out in the body of your email.
So look down the list of tabs on the left hand side of the home page, then click on the Stores and Poems tab.
We'll update the page with new content as fits our busy schedules. Hey, you can't rush these things.
And I'm sure you already know this, but, for everyone's benefit, we'd like to keep the content of this page g-rated and non-politcal.
