With sadness, we announce the death of our Classmate Lewis Raymond Bowen having just been made aware of it.
His sister, from the class of 1967, informed us in a comment on Facebook that he died in 2019. Ruth Ivey ask her in a comment if she had an obituary and we've seen no response. And I've not found one in my searches. If anyone has his obituary or locates it, we'd like to add it here.

Buck graduated from UT Austin with an electrical engineering degree. He worked in Dallas and eventually in countries across Europe.
The love of his life was killed in a car accident while he was out of the country.
He always came home for Christmas andThanksgiving if he could.
Buck passed away in 2019. He wanted his body donated and we did that through UT Body Donation program. We received a death certificate and his primary cause of death was Esophageal Cancer.
This time of the year brings back memories of visits and laughing and such good times during the holidays.
