I remember at class night our classmates who were in the band were playing a selection and Raymond jumped on the stage and acted as though he was Mr. Cooks or somebody. We had a ball that night.

We were in Mr. Milledge's classroom and he instructed us to get in a group. I being the future English teacher heard Jabo say, "I think it would be mo' better if we get in a group." He wanted to get in a group with me and Talissa. Ronnie Allen tried to correct his English by questioning him on his comment. Ronnie said, Mo' better, Jabo?" Then Jabo said, Mo best. I think it would be mo' best if we get in a group." That was so funny to me.

Wow! There are so many memories of Jabo making me laugh, it's hard to just pick one. The one that really sticks in my mind is class night when we were doing "Remember When?" As soon as Gary said Raymond Cox, he ran up from where we were sitting to the stage screaming, "NOOOO!" and snatched Gary's notes. That was hilarious!

I remember Jabo like it was yesterday. He could make you laugh and mad in the same breath. It was always hard to stay mad at him. I remember class night very well. When he got killed I was overseas and could not believe it. RIP

I just remember Jabo being the clown that he was. I feel that is how he wanted to be remembered; a clown.

Jabo, boy it seems like yesterday we were playing basketball together 1999 team, or playing 5 dollars games at the park. Gone but never forgotten.
