Felicia Owens passed away of cancer in 2016. She left behind an adult son, and is the cousin to classmate Deborah Watkins Jones. I attended Jackson Park Elementary, Hanley Jr. High and University City Sr. High School with Felicia. It is with great sadness that we lossed her so soon. Rest in Heaven Felicia, you will be truly missed. The class of 1978 is very sad that you won't be here to share in this 40th season of our departure from high school.
