Unexpectedly, on Sunday, October 6, 2013, age 51, of Mars. Beloved son of Robert and Helen Bowser Kalan, Sr.; loving father of Victoria Kalan of Norfolk, VA, Stephen Kalan and his wife, Leah of Stafford, VA, Kevin Kalan of Moon Twp. and his late infant daughter, Erica Jean Kalan. Bob was a graduate of Penn State University with an Architectural Engineering Degree and a P.E. in Electrical Engineering with certification in several states. He belonged to several professional engineering societies. He was a member of Dutilh United Methodist Church in Cranberry Twp.
