I am sorry to hear of Susan's passing. I think I may have been the first student she was introduced to when she was brought to Mrs. Shaw's 4th grade class (maybe not the first, but I think so). We were working on stage coaches or the wild west and Susan, jumping right in to what was going on, said to me, "you can make the stage coach" which dumbfounded me because I had no idea how to make a stage coach. Did we make it? Probably. I mentioned this to her when I last saw her but she did not recall the stage coach remark. I extend my sincere condolences to her family at this time.
