He was born March 8, 1972 and passed September 27,1987. Andy was only in 10th grade when this happened...He was hit by a drunk driver while walking down the middle of Mound Road by 18 mile just after 6 a.m. Andy was looking for a radar detector he allegedly tossed from a friends car while the 2 were driving on Mound earlier in the day from a party. He was pronounced dead at Troy Beaumont from multiple injuries at 7:15a.m.

This year is going on 23 years since we lost him. I am still in contact with his family. We lost his Dad 7 years after we lost him. His Mom is doing well so is the rest of the family. I still make it to the cemetary faithfully every birthday and every anniversary of his death. I still miss him!Tamara Fricke (Totsch)

This the saddest moments I remember of 10 grade year. I remember Andy's smile and freathered blond hair. He always offered a smile even to unpopular girls like me. He was a very special person. Tammy thank you keeping his memory alive. God Bless
