PETER MacLEAN
Reunion Annual 1986
After moving to Burnaby in the middle of Grade 11, Peter attended Burnaby Central. He joined the work force in the tug boat industry between Vancouver & Prince Rupert. From there he tried logging & welding for short periods. Then Peter was involved in pile driving and bridge construction for 10 years, with one job overseas, in North Yemen in 1973. In 1978, he joined the Vancouver Fire Department where he is presently employed. He is a director with the Vancouver Sea Festival Society & is a member & past director with Vancouver AM Tourist Services Association. His hobbies include coin collecting, fishing, hunting, prospecting, x-country skiing & handball. Ted Langley, English teacher & rugby coach, is remembered well.
