William Joseph "Bill" Parmenter, age 75, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 11, 2022, in Madison.  He was born on July 30, 1946 in Grand Rapids, MI to the late William and Mary  (Mentzer) Parmenter.  Bill received his bachelor's degree from Purdue University and his master's degree from the University of Illinois.

Bill is survived by his wife Penny Eiler; brother James Parmenter and sister Susan Nelson.  He is preceded in death by his parents.
