Recently, I received these great photos of our classmate and friend Linda Nohacs Farquhar. Linda passed away unexpectedly Thanksgiving Day 2013, and we want to preserve her memory. Following high school and graduation from DePauw University where she majored in music, Linda was accepted into the elite Air Force group, The Singing Sergeants. Below are a couple of photos The Singing Sergeants shared with me. Linda had the voice of an angel and was gifted in music as well. Linda met and married the Director of the United States Marine Corp Band where they traveled the world until his death. Both are buried at Arlington National Cemetery.
