Stephen Alan Riley was born in Indianapolis, IN on July 29, 1961 to Bruce Florian Riley and Audrey Carol Enterkin.  He was preceded in death by three brothers, Brock Brockelsby, Bruce Riley and Mark Riley.

He passed away Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at his home. 

Stephen was a member of the Kings Chapel Fellowship Church. He was a retired computer programmer and contractor from ADTEC in Madison, WI, a US Navy Veteran where he was actively involved with the youth group, Seacadets.  After his military service he became actively involved with the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program where he adopted a little brother which became their son. He enjoyed scuba diving, motorcycles, hunting, fishing, camping, gardening and canning.
