Margaret Provins (Teacher)

PROVINS Margaret Eleanor (June) passed away peacefully on June 19, 2002 after a valiant struggle with Scleroderma. She will be missed by her daughter, Felicity Hackett; son-in-law, Daniel; grandchildren, Devon, Ali and Sam; sister, Ada Cottonand the Cotton family; and many friends. Margaret was a long time resident of Victoria and retired from Reynolds Secondary School after a long and varied teaching career. June devoted much time and energy to her beloved St. Andrew's. There will be a memorial service at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Douglas and Broughton, on Saturday, June 22 at 1 pm, with a reception to follow in the Kirk Hall. Donations may be made in Mom's name to the Scleroderma Association of B.C., Box 218, Delta Main, Delta, B.C. V4K 3N7 or the Victoria Hospice, 1900 Fort Street, Victoria, B.C. V8R 1J8. We will all miss Margaret.
