What else of interest do you wish to share about your life that is missing on this form?
I have Retinitis Pigmentosa, an inherited retinal disease. My father passed the gene to me, I have passed it to my son, his daughter has been gene tested and has the disease . This limits my vision to only a box view and total night blindness. When you extend your hand for a handshake, I will not see your hand being raised, usually my wife tells me, "honey, they are extending a handshake". Eventually the range of view will be a pinhole view thus the label-Tunnel vision. I am taking life a day at a time and enjoying each moment. My wife will not allow me to stop attending dances or crowded, dark events. We enjoy traveling, the beach, and especially babysitting Julian, and visiting the great grandsons. They bring us so much joy. We look forward to the 50th reunion. As my wife reminds me, "Because we can".
