Leonardo passed away on April 22, 2013 of colon cancer in Candon City, Ilocos Sur at the age of 73.  A very likable and sociable fellow Narding (as he was fondly called) was active in the 1957 Class Vigan city based organization and had maintained a close connection with the USA chapter constantly updating the group with the latest events in the home chapter.  He is survived by Perlita, his loving wife and their children.  Leonardo will be sadly missed by his friends, associates and many of his co-graduates. To Leonardo we say:  Go, friend on your way to meet the Lord and embrace his welcoming blessings, as all of us also will, in time.   Someday we'll all be together again in Life Eternal.  Narding, we'll pray for you as you rest in peace!
