Ross William Friedman, 23, of the 200 block of 77th Street, died Oct. 25, 1994, in his home.  Mr. Friedman was a native of Norfolk, Va. He was a member of Temple Israel in Norfolk.  Mr. Friedman was a graduate of Kempsville High School and attended the University of Alabama and Old Dominion University.

Survivors include his mother, Sandra Katz Friedman; his father, the Honorable Jerome B. Friedman; 2 grandparents, Mrs. Ethel Katz and Estelle Friedman, both of Norfolk, Va.

A graveside service was conducted at Forest Lawn Cemetery by Rabbi Michael E. Panitz and Cantor Jacob Tessler.  Memorial donations may be made to Temple Israel Congregation or the American Heart Association.
