When trying to contact Anderson Bailey, I found that he lived in VA. I traced him To Woodbridge where he apparently died in 2008. Further went to the Social Security Death Index and verified.

 

Obituary:

Anderson Bailey, Jr., age 55, of Woodbridge, VA passed away Friday August 1, 2008. He was the husband of Sylvia Bailey.

Mr. Bailey was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force and served in both the A.T.F. and the E.P.A.

Mr. Bailey was born February 17, 1953, a son of the late Anderson Bailey, Sr. and the late Odell Burns Bailey Lusk.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Angelique M. Bailey, of Woodbridge; five brothers, O. Z. Bailey, of Centerville, Texas, Boyd and his wife, Linda Bailey, of Desoto, Texas, Jimmye Bailey, of Palestine, Texas, Fernandez and his wife, Gloria Bailey, of Centerville, Texas, Arlise Bailey, of Houston, Texas; three sisters, Ruthie Caldwell, of Waco, Texas, Nola Mask of Katy, Texas, Lonnie Watkins, of Houston, Texas; sister-in-law, Bertha Bailey, of Houston, Texas, and a host of nieces and nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by a brother, Earnest Bailey.

A memorial service will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday, August 15, 2008 at Mullins and Thompson Funeral, Stafford Chapel with inurnment to follow at 1:00 p.m. in Quantico National Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.

 Anderson:

I didn't really know you at WHS.  You were kinda quiet and I was always running around.  I remember you as studious and serious and I hope your life was full of success and happiness.  We will miss you!
