Gerald R. Hooser, 44, of Wadsworth died Feb. 26, 2002 at his home.

He was born in Orrville and lived in Wadsworth most of his life. He graduated from Wadsworth High School in 1975 and was formerly employed at the National Metal Abrasive in Wadsworth .

Surviving are his mother, Jean Hooser of Rittman; brother, Jeff Hooser of Wadsworth ; sisters, Sandra (Jim) Eanes of Forest, Va., and Teresa Hooser of Wadsworth .

Services, Saturday at 11 a.m. at Gillman Funeral Home, 360 W. Sunset Dr., Rittman where friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Dr. J.A. Burton will officiate. Burial will be in Rittman Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Calvary Baptist Church, P.O. Box 38, Rittman, OH 44270.
