Mark P. Scherba

Mark P. Scherba, 49, of St. Petersburg, Fla., died suddenly on Sunday, Sept. 10, 2006 at his home in Florida.

A native of Wadsworth, Ohio, he moved to Florida in 1996. He was a graduate of Wadsworth High School and The University of Akron. He was a computer analyst and a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Wadsworth.

Survivors include his parents, Beverly and John Scherba; sister, Susan Scherba, all of Wadsworth; and brother, Gregory of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.

Cremation has taken place. Funeral services were conducted in Florida.

His family has set up a Scholarship to be presented each year to a WHS senior in memory of Mark.
