Patricia A. Farnsworth, 47, died unexpectedly Monday, May 3, 2004, at Wadsworth-Rittman Hospital.

 

Born in Akron, Mrs. Farnsworth resided in Sharon Township 22 years, previously residing in Wadsworth, where she was a 1975 graduate of Wadsworth High School. She was employed in food service at Highland Local Schools and, along with her husband, Dan, was an active dairy farmer. She was previously employed at Stauffers Country Store and GTE. She was a member of Sharon United Methodist Church, an active sports mother, a football and cheerleader mom, and a 4-H advisor.

 

Mrs. Farnsworth is survived by husband, Dan C.; children, Erin Renee and Chance Daniel; parents, Dallas S. and June Moyer May of Wadsworth; sister, Barbara (Mrs. Carl) Krampitz of Killeen, Texas; father and mother-in-law, Joe and Evelyn Farnsworth of Sharon Township; numerous nieces and nephews.

 

The family will receive friends Wednesday, 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m., at the Hilliard & Mullaney Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St., Wadsworth, where funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m., Pastor Don Trigg officiating. Interment at Granger Fairview Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Sharon United Methodist Church, Sharon Center Rescue Squad, or Highland Booster Club.

I know it has been a long time but I still miss her. I received a plant from her funeral and it is still alive on my back patio right now! We had so much fun together. She was always laughing.

Pat was a wonderful person and had a great family.I know she is missed everyday.So very sad Pat left us so early in life.  Joanie Wiles Anderson
