We have a story now :) Remember the time that we went to Starbucks and my daughter was being a booger! LOL

Tracy Wiesen (Guerriero)

I don't think I have every called you Elizabeth, so I'll stick with Betsy for now. Anyway....I totally remember that and can still hear my mom yelling at me. I was always trying to get people to do stuff like that as a kid. I can still remember the puddle....it was on Stratford Ave. My mother used to babysit like a million kids, I probably go a few good laughs out of that one. side note, you still look great and sounds like things are really going well for you.

So do you!!! I have always thought you were beautiful though. I also remember all the times we got to go to bidinger's (did I spell that right?) How is your mom? I always thought she was the sweetest lady! How is your sister? Things are going great here, and I'm glad things are good for you as well. You have a beautiful family!

Hello again all!

JASON - I'm guessing that coming from you that may be too much information - LOL!

BETSY - Don't feel bad... Tracy was a real booger when she was young! Ask her about pulling my hair at Isham and getting us called to the principals office, or shoving me into our neighbors pine tree! ;-) Bully - LOL!!

TRACE - Love the pics! You're family is precious... but could I expect any less??? (PS - Did you get my last email - friday or saturday, I think? My computer hates me - it is being fickle the past couple days, and nobody is getting anything I'm sending??)

10/19/08 10:04 AM #477

Kebra Wilson (Hahn)

PS LESLIE - I'm still working on your pics - I'm almost there... what seemed like a pretty quite week managed to turn into a nightmare! I'll email you soon!

you know you spend to much time on the reunion website when you start dreaming about it...had a LONG involved dream about the reunion being down here in SC at our amusement park. Lots of drinking, lots of playing around at night, lots of misbehavior and Jason trying to stir everything up lol...oh god

10/19/08 11:45 AM #479

Tracy Wiesen (Guerriero)

Oh Kebra, must we keep revisiting the pint tree incident?? It was all Jenny's fault anyway, and you forgot the part when you punched me and I went home crying...that is the best part of the story! haha. I did get your e-mail and responded. My computer hates me too.

side note: I had no idea your dad was sick. Please send my best to him and your mom. my dad is a cancer survivor as well. he was diagnosed with esophogeal cancer in 2004 and shouldn't be here today. he has really beat all the odds. his 5 year survival rate is 5%. There really is hope. It has spread into his lungs, but he had the tumors removed a year ago and so far is showing no more growth. He has lost all his weight and barely hangs on to 200 lbs. he looks great though for all he has been through. my mom is nearing total blindness. she is doing great though. she has a seeing eye dog now, however does not use it near as much as we were hoping. all depends on the person i guess. its crazy that all these things are happening to us now. never thought we would be having a conversation like this!

Kebra Wilson (Hahn)

Tracy - Nope, I didn't receive a response to the one I sent yesterday morning in response to your response... catch all that? LOL. If you can, send it again please. Computers are evil - I believe it's a conspiracy within the industry... they're sabotaged to self-destruct as soon as you take them out of the box!

And yes, we must relive the pine tree incident, for as long as I can possibly torment you with it!!!! LOL. And no, I didn't forget to mention me punching you... I intentionally left that out so I didn't appear as mean as you - LOL! Hey, I've learned to chalk it all up as a testament to our friendship... I mean how good of friends would we have been without some foul name-calling and a little bloodshed?

I'm glad to hear your dad is doing well now. My dad did tell me that he talked to him, he had been sick and lost a lot of weight. I wish more could have been done for your mom. I have always admired her... she has always been the epitome of strength! I haven't seen them in sooooooo long (but I rarely frequent the old hood or Bob Evans anymore) - send them my love and wish them well!

Laura, you are too funny! class reunion at Carowinds!

aha- Kebra, I didn't tell ALL of the stories of Tracy's bullying! LOL..... I remember SEVERAL occasions. It helped me to be the strong willed person I am today! LOL

Carrie, what's up, you haven't posted in awhile

10/19/08 02:37 PM #482

Kebra Wilson (Hahn)

HA HA - See Tracy, you're so busted!! LOL

Ok everyone - I scanned the class from my yearbook for Leslie, but the zipped file is still 4x too large to email. Any smarter-than-me people (hmm hmm - Laura) out there that can tell me what the hell to do now????

MANDY - I did the scan per Leslie's request... if you haven't done it for the website yet, you're welcome to hack up my scans however you want and save yourself the time... the quality isn't perfect, and a few are a little crooked (hey, it's a thick book!) - just let me know... of course, that means finding some way to get it to you (NOTE: see above)! :-)

PS - If anyone else needs a copy of the pics, feel free to email me...

Later all!
Keb

PS - Did I mention how much I HATE computers??

I should also mention that if anyone is going to give me suggestions, you could be extra nice and include detailed instructions so I don't have to make an ass out of myself by asking later ;-) Thank you so much in advance!! LOL

Carrie Miller

Hello everyone! I've been busy working, checking out daycares, shopping for a wedding reception outfit (nothing fits..still have some "baby weight" to lose :(!) & then going to the reception. Tomorrow's the first day of Nick going to the daycare & I'm not looking forward to it! I know he'll be fine, I just wish I could be the one staying home w/ him.(need to start playing the lottery!).
Betsy--I've been to Carowinds before...Kassidy loved the waterpark!I wouldn't mind having the reunion there, especially since it's freaking cold up here now!!

Kebra--I have one request about the yearbook thing...take my pic out of it!! I hated having short hair, looking back I think it made me look like a boy!!! lol

10/19/08 06:37 PM #485

Carrie Miller

Tracy--I remember being at your house (I think it was in 1994)when you were having a party & I was dating Mark Nicodemus at the time & for some reason someone pissed him off & he was wanting to fight that person in your front yard & we had to basically drag him away from your house! Unfortunately, that happened alot at that time when he was drinking...I never knew what was going to happen!!

10/19/08 07:30 PM #486

Kebra Wilson (Hahn)

Carrie - You DID NOT look like a boy!!! You were always so pretty no matter how your hair was cut! I mean, come on, look at those cheekbones! (PS - Don't sweat over the Mark thing - I know all the Nicodemus boys, and it was a family thing... they're all alike. They grow out of it though - lol! Besides, if I had to wager a guess, the badboy thing was probably part of the attraction ;-)

10/19/08 07:32 PM #487

Kebra Wilson (Hahn)

PS CARRIE - My heart goes out to you... best of luck with the daycare. I'm sure he'll be fine, the kids always seem to adjust easier than the parents!!

10/19/08 09:15 PM #488

Elizabeth Cole (Holcombe)

Carrie, I live less than 15 miles from Carowinds. My mom lives less than 5 miles from there. Oh, well, maybe if you come down again, you can see us.

10/19/08 09:58 PM #489

Laura L Miller (Cogbill)

I agree Carrie. I think your senior pic was beautiful. I'll never forget Mike Buckbee saying to me "you know most people when they get their senior pics they look so much better...but you don't" rofl. thanks Mike. Yeah my pics sucked and my stepmom flat out refused to spend more $$ on retakes so there you go.

lol Kebra I am still so tech challenged...i probably would have snapped photos of each page and threw 'em up on photobucket or something. i have a "nostalgia" album on my myspace page--pics from Memorial Park, old friends, prom (not ours lol)--and that's exactly what I did. Can't even figure out how to get my printer to do photos much less work the scanner. Where are the glorious computer geeks when you need them???

Tracy Wiesen (Guerriero)

Oh Carrie, the many parties I had back in the day. Seems like someone was always fighting or getting in trouble. How I didn't get busted more often I'll never know. My neighbors swear they didn't mind them, but I would have hated me for it.

BTW, looking at your pictures, I swear you haven't aged one bit. You still look fantastic!

10/20/08 10:41 AM #492

Carrie Miller

Thanks, gals!! I'm not having the best day..woke up w/ a headache & then the daycare thing..arrgghh! I just wanna go back to bed! Anyways, thanks for the compliments! I guess we're always harder on ourselves for some reason. Dropping Nick off went fine..I didn't cry like I thought I would. I'm actually happy that I'll be able to work more hours & not have such a crappy paycheck anymore!

Amanda Brooks (DiMartino)

I agree that Carrie still looks cute. Unfortunately my time BSing around on this site has been severly impacted by actual WORK! Grrrrr...

I will, however, post a picture of the newest member of our family, Nigel Barker on my profile page.

Glad to see everyone is still alive and well. I will peek in again when I can come up for air.

xo

Amanda--your puppy is adorable!! His paws look huge! He blends in w/ his pillow & it's hard to see how big he is. Friends of Joe & I have a female black lab & she's a total spaz!! I don't think she's a year old yet so I'm sure she still has alot of her "puppyness" in her. (I also think it has alot to do w/ her "parents" not knowing how to train a dog!)Enjoy! They're great pets when they're trained properly.
Does your hubby plan on taking her hunting?

Kebra - That's very nice of you to take the time to scan your yearbook. I have some instructions on how to share the scan but please note that I've never used RapidShare myself so I can't guarantee that this will work ;)

1. Go to http://rapidshare.com/
2. Use the browse button to find your file
3. Click the upload button (the site says it will accept files up to 200MB)
4. After the file is loaded you will be given a download link
5. Post that URL link on this forum

According to the website anything that is uploaded using a free account will be deleted if it is not accessed in 90 days. In other words, it won't be available forever but only as long as people are still downloading it.

Hey Carrie-thanks!

He is 14 weeks old and is super calm and well-adjusted to people and dogs. We got him from a guy who breeds and trains Brittish and American labs in a non-violent way. It is truly amazing what he can do with dogs. He will be home with us for a few months then will go back to the trainer to start doing his first water retrieves. When all is said and done he will be a hard-hunting gun dog.

If ANYONE in this area is looking for a dog that is well-behaved and is not aggressive towards other people and other dogs and is just a good-natured pet, definitely check out this website:

www.frenchcreeklabradors.com

You have to take a short drive to PA (beautiful drive this time of year), but it is SO worth it just to see the amazing things this guy does with dogs and his way of training them. He has trained dogs for the Carnegie family and for Orvis and is a really cool guy.

My husband and I are both dog lovers and wanted a great pet...we got one! :)
