Carol A. Zeffer, 52, beloved wife of Steve Zeffer; proud mother of Carrie (Neal) Baumann and Jamie (Amy) Zeffer; sister of Virginia Markov and the late Howard Cheshire; daughter of Vyrble Snyder and the late Richard W. Cheshire, passed away Sunday, July 2, 2006.
