I knew Jeff when we were in grade school. He was a nice, quiet kid. He came to my house to play once. We both had toy tractors (Jeff knew all about farming), and I have fond menories of that time. In retrospect, I think there was an underlying sadness, which he did not discuss.

To a fellow classmate who was always in the background. I wish we could all have recognized the signals of what you were going through. Miss you.
