Obituary Condolences
WALLINGFORD - Kathryn Ann Kowalski Papale, 52, of Wallingford, died Friday, Feb. 21, 2014 at Yale-New Haven Hospital due to lung complications from the H1N1 Flu Virus.
She was born March 10, 1961, a daughter of Fayne McMaster Kowalski of Wallingford and the late John Joseph Kowalski, and was a parishioner of Our Lady of Fatima Church. Kathryn's passion in life was raising her children. They were the light of her life.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her beloved children, Frederick Papale III and Gabrielle Papale, of Wallingford; her sisters and brother-in-law, Patricia and Charles Tirone, of New York; and Joan Papale, of Wallingford; and her nephews, Michael and John Papale; and Charlie Tirone.
"I will love you forever and beyond, and I promise to guide even when I'm gone. A mother's love never dies."
Her family will receive relatives and friends in The Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 N. Main St. Ext., Wallingford, on Tuesday, Feb. 25, from 4 to 7 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, Feb. 26 at 10 a.m. directly at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 382 Hope Hill Road, Wallingford. Interment will be in St. John Cemetery in Wallingford.
