DAY 1: WATERING HOLE KICK-OFF

Tuesday, September 19, 6pm 

The Roundup, Lafayette

3553 Mt. Diablo Blvd. Lafayette Ca.

We will be in the tented area out back.

There is no food service.

You are welcome to bring your own

or order via DoorDash etc.

This is a no-host event where you pay for whatever you choose to drink.

DAY 2: THE BIG EVENT

Wednesday, September 20, 4:30pm to 8:30pm

Vino Godfather Winery, Vallejo

This event includes dinner and non-alcoholic drinks.  Vino Godfather wines and an assortment of beers will be available for purchase at discounted prices of $7 for wine and $5 for beer. 

BRING CASH PLEASE!!!

NEW INFO: Though we have access to the mansion, most of the event will be outdoors on lawn. The weather could be anywhere from 85 down to a Bay breezy 60! Casual dress is fine - somewhere between picnic and black tie!

DAY 3: GOODBYE PICNIC  

Thursday, September 21, 11am to 3pm

Lafayette Reservoir 

Parking is 1.50/Hour or $7.00/ day or you can park on Mt. Diablo Blvd and walk up.

This is a "bring your own everything" event.

We will supply waters, ice chests, paper products & utensils for you.

There will be a BBQ with hot coals waiting.
