On December 19, 2018, after 56 amazing years, Heaven's Angels escorted Teresa "Dolly" O'Shea Hogan to the wonders above where she will continue to watch over us all. Born on the 24th of July In the Year of Our Lord 1962 to Mary & Jack O'Shea, she matriculated through her youth in Walnut Creek, along with her siblings Matt, Sheila & Tim and was a proud active member of the Sitka Street Boys and Girls association, the Walnut Creek Swim Team and a social regular, in sports, both cross-country and swimming, and for any dancing opportunity, not only at school events, but with the family gatherings that often included the Dillons, McCalls and Nelsons and of course "The Aunts." After graduating Northgate High School, Teresa continued her competitive spirit running and swimming at Diablo Valley College. Pressed onward in her innate drive to help others, Teresa started, with her lifelong partner and loving spouse, Essential Staffing where for twenty years they helped others find work. Teresa's accomplishments abound especially with the birth and success of her loving Son Ryan Poirier who she treasured so and the complete undying loving partnership with Kevin Hogan, her soul mate, business partner, world traveler, protector, and life's true love.

We celebrate the Gift of Teresa for all who knew her felt and experienced that singular energy that was forever giving, helping, laughing and always radiant. She was and is A Star of Wonder, a Breath of Heaven and the World is Forever Blessed.

Memorial Services are scheduled on January 11th at 11:00 a.m. at Oakmont Memorial Park in Lafayette at 2099 Reliez Valley Rd, Lafayette, CA 94549 and her life's celebration reception is at Zio Fraedo's, 611 Gregory Lane, Pleasant Hill, CA 94523.
