I knew Phillip too well. He was my cousin and my best friend. Phillip died on Sunday, July 26, 1987 and this will be the 22nd year of that anniversary.
Phillip had spent Summer of 1987 in Flint, Michigan with our Uncles and had just returned from a wonderful vacation. Just hours before his car crash we were in our grandmother's kitchen talking about all he had done that summer and planning the upcoming school year; not realizing that it would be our last conversation.
Phillip had an unusual sense of humor. He was an active sports guy and loved the donkey basketball games. I truly miss him and I am grateful for the time that we shared.

I remember Phillip's sense of humor. He always seemed to be happy go lucky.Karen Luster
