Arthur Brallier, 63, of 2904 Widaman St., Winona Lake, died at 6:45 a.m. Jan. 10, 2007.

H was born Feb. 8, 1943, in Kosciusko County, to Arthur Sr. and Lavon Lucille Kurtz Brallier.  On Jan. 9, 1971, he married Jane Brallier, who survives.

He was a journeyman lineman for NIPSCO and retired as a journeyman electrician with IBEW.  He was a U.S. Air Force veteran.  He was a member of Celebration United Methodist Church, Winona Lake, and American Legion Post 253, North Webster.  He was a Warsaw High School graduate.

Also surviving are two sons, Kirk Swaidner, Winona Lake, and Scott Swaidner, Pierceton; four grandchildren, a great grandson; and two brothers, Robert Brallier, Indianapolis, and Charles Brallier, Silver Lake.

Arthur was buried in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
