Phyllis J. Hatfield, 59, of 2229 Bluewater Drive, Warsaw, died at 8:02 p.m. March 30, 2003, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.

She was born July 4, 1943, in Winchester, to Raymond and Iva McCreary Craw.  On Oct. 7, 1962, in Warsaw, she married Jerry Hatfield, who survives.

Living most of her life in Kosciusko County, she was a payroll supervisor at Sprint and an executive assistant at Warsaw/Kosciusko County Chamber of Commerce.  She was a member of Warsaw Community Church and American Legion Auxiliary.

Also surviving are a daughter, Pamela Dersch, Warsaw: three brothers;  Paul Craw, Florida; James Craw, Indianapolis; and Richard Craw, Muncie; and two grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother.

There was a private burial.
