
David A. Dombek, 54, of 4862 E. Old Road 30, Pierceton, died at 6:40 p.m. Aug. 28, 1997, in Miller's Merry Manor, Warsaw.
He was born Aug. 4, 1943, in Pickaway, Ohio, to Joseph and Olive Rice Dombek. On June 7, 1969, he married Ellen Lightfoot, who survives.
He was a teacher at Wawasee High School for many years and also taught in Pennsylvania. He lived in Kosciusko County 17 years. He graduated from Warsaw High School, Grace College, Winona Lake, and Westminster Theological Seminary, Philadelphia, Pa., in 1972. He was a member of Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church and the Encouragers Club, both of Warsaw.
Other survivors include a daughter, Kristin Dombek, Brookland, N.Y.; a son, Kirk Dombek, Grand Rapids, Mich. and four brothers, James Dombek, Winona Lake, Stephen Dombek, Carpinteria, Calif., Daniel Dombek, South Whitley, and Timothy Dombek, Columbia, S.C.
David was buried at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
