On June 7, 2011, Teresa, David's Healthcare POA, let us know that David is in a nursing home due to dementia. He has spoken of "good times" at Warsaw High and showed her all of his yearbooks before "IT" got the best of him.
As of this writing, we think David resides possibly in the St. Petersburg, FL area.
