Karan Jo Lothamer,79, passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at Parkview Hospital-Randallia,           Ft. Wayne.  Born April 27, 1943 in Wabash, she was the daughter of the late Joe and Mary Alice (Hollingshead) Templeton.  She retired from Omni Source after 25 years and enjoyed sewing, bird watching, and baking.  She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Herbert; children, Lance (Margie) Lothamer, Jennifer (Adam) Randolph, and Kelly Reynolds all of New Haven, and Christopher (Kelli) Lothamer of Decatur; sister, Janet Sheperd of Warsaw, seven grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her brother, Alec Templeton.  Family will be receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at Harpers Community Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd 930 E., New Haven.  In lieu of flowers, preferred memorials are to New Haven Pet Hospital or Humane Fort Wayne.  For online condolences please visit www.harperfuneralhome.com.
