
Shyrle Shipley, 60, of 610 N. Grant St., Warsaw, died from complictions of cancer at 3 p.m. Jan. 24, 2004, in Indiana University Medical Center, Indianapolis.
She was born July 5, 1943, in Marshall County, to Edward A. and Jean Cromley Sauer Jr. On June 22, 1962, in Warsaw, she married Lynn Shipley, who survives.
Living most of her life in Warsaw, she retired as cafeteria manager at Edgewood Middle School and attended Warsaw Community Church and Christ's Covenant Church, Warsaw.
Also surviving are two sons, Scott (and wife Kristy) Shipley, Logansport, and Steven (and wife Melanie) Shipley, Warsaw; a daughter, Shari (and husband Bob) Marcucilli, Warsaw; a sister, Sharon Heckaman, Columbia City; a brother, Edward L. Sauer, Warsaw; and nine grandchildren, Lauren N., Meredith D and Mark E. Shipley, all of Logansport, and Chase M. Randall, Bobby L., and Gage E. Marcuccilli and Madison R., Brena E., and Stone A. Shipley, all of Warsaw.
Shyrle was buried in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
